全自动拖二平面口罩自动生产系统 Automatic One-with-Two Plane Mask Production System
- 面层、滤层、底层三卷面料自动对齐入料，双边对称超声连续压边，经连续滚轮压边切断后，分流到两个工位进行耳带焊接以提高生产效率，焊完耳带后自动计数码堆。
Three rolls materials of surface layer, filter layer and bottom layer are automatically aligned for feeding, bilateral symmetrical ultrasonic continuous blank pressing. The materials are cut off by continuous roller blank pressing, then they are divided into two stations for ear belt welding to improve production efficiency, and the finished masks are automatically counted and palletized after ear belt welding. - 生产采用一拖二的结构一台口罩主体通过传送系统，自动输送分流到两套耳带自动焊接工位。
The production line adopts one-with-two structure. A main mask production body is connected to the two sets of automatic ear belt welding station through the conveying system. - 鼻夹可实现自动送料剪切及超声波焊接。
Realize nose clip automatic feeding shear and ultrasonic welding. - 高速生产，日产口罩16万只(24h) 。
